Today I'm trying something that I read about in a magazine years ago: Turning cream of tartar (potassium hydrogen tartrate) into baking powder. I want to use up a container of cream of tartar that I bought for a recipe. Cream of tartar, a powdery acid, is a byproduct of winemaking that is used in the kitchen and for cleaning.

Today I'm sharing my new chickpea milk recipe. Over the years I have received many requests to make a new video, as the old one from 2015 showed a stick blender but the majority of my viewers have a high speed blender. So I filmed this new tutorial and also altered the ratio of ingredients for a better result.
