In this video, I'm sharing my method to make sure any vegan pizza cheese melts perfectly. It's very simple: I change the consistency of the pizza shreds from firm to spreadable.

// INGREDIENTS //
● vegan pizza shreds of your choice
● plant milk of your choice (the one featured in the video is my homemade oat milk: https://youtu.be/ACpdleLkJ7Q)
// METHOD //
Fill some plant milk into a high speed blender. Add the vegan pizza shreds and blend until you have a smooth spreadable mass that has the consistency of cream cheese. If it's too thick, add more plant milk. If it's too thin, add more vegan pizza cheese.
Once you have a smooth spreadable mass, use a silicon spatula to transfer it from the high speed blender to the pizza. Spread it evenly. When everything is covered with the vegan cheese mass, bake the pizza according to instructions.
