Gingerbread Macaroons

My newest holiday baking idea, vegan and gluten free! Gingerbread flavor is so wonderful I just had to pair it with hazelnut macaroons.

The result is so good I literally inhaled the cookies. They are made with aqua faba, the popular vegan egg replacer.
