Spicy BBQ Fries

These oven-baked spicy BBQ fries are SO good! Since they are made without oil, you can eat a lot of them, and they match the requirements of a plant-based lifestyle!

With just a few ingredients, you can make a delicious dinner in no time!

Ingredients:
3 big potatoes + 1 small one (total weight of mine: 0.85 lb = 385g)
1 teaspoon barbecue seasoning
1 teaspoon chipotle powder
1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon flour (all purpose or whole wheat)

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 395 Fahrenheit (200 Celsius). Cut the potatoes into stripes. Mix all other ingredients in a big bowl. Then add the potatoes and mix with a spoon until they are evenly coated with the spice mix. Line your baking tray with a heavy silicon baking mat if you have one (if not, parchment paper will do). Bake for 20 minutes, then take them out and flip the fries (they will stick a bit to the baking mat due to the starch). Bake for another 20 minutes.
